MBA, NCDA – FCD Instructor is an internationally Certified Assessor specializing in career development. She is in private practice where she works with individuals, and performs organizational consulting and workshops for corporations. certified T.O.T trainer. She especially enjoys working with clients on all levels to find empowerment within themselves and work with their “natural positives.”
Her expertise includes career guidance, soft skills, strategic management, sales and marketing facilitator, workplace and personality testing. She owns more than 25 years of experience; Retail FMCG, Telecom, Consulting, Training and People development

About Pillars Career Advising
Pillars Career Advising was founded in mid-2015, with a clear mission to help people discover and achieve what they want to be and to find out their career pathway. We encourage a life long career planning, development, and achievement at all career stages.
Rasha Abul Nasr is handling the Career Advising function at Pillars; with more than 30 years of experience in the Local and the Middle East Market. From which Nineteen (19) years of comprehensive experience in conducting training needs analysis, and evaluation of blended learning solutions globally and facilitating with passion all the interpersonal skills. Designing leadership development tracks for different levels while coaching people to develop and achieve their goals.
Rasha Abul Nasr started her first training delivery at the Arab Academy for Science & Technology University after completing her Business Master Degree in 2003, and was hunted by one of her professors to start delivering “Strategic Management” for MBA students and continued her success for five consecutive years at the University.
She discovered her passion in helping others and believed that everyone has the right to be happy and enjoy their career journey. She continued her learning process by acquiring the T.O.T Train of Trainers from the World Bank in 2006 and became a Certified Assessor while working with different clients and diversified industries. Mid-2015 was her turning point, she realized that her aim is to help others finding their career interest;
she started with many schools using specific techniques in helping under-graduates choosing their subjects based on their personality types, and hence choosing the right major. She realized that many people were confused and hesitant to choose their jobs, or changing their jobs or having a development career plan, or even writing their CV.
She started to develop the career coaching capsule sessions; that help all participants to better known themselves and their career interest and having a professional CV and be ready for the labour market and employability.
And due to her people commitment, she got her Professional Career Certificate from the longest, running, number one Career development Association, NCDA, in the world.
She is an NCDA, FCD- Instructor. The Facilitating Career Development Program provides individuals with relevant skills and knowledge to assist others in planning careers and obtaining meaningful work.
And after finalising the Facilitating Career Development training, you are eligible to become a CCSP; Certified Career Service Provider.
The CCSP may serve as a career group facilitator, job search trainer, career resource centre coordinator, career coach, career development case manager, intake interviewer, occupational and labour market information resource person, human resource career development coordinator, employment/placement specialist, or workforce development staff person.
